The law from decembre 12th 2016 legislation social impact companies (SIS) devotes an official recognition of the social and solidarity-based economy. The SIS is made for the already existing companies of the social and solidarity-based economy, currently constitued as non-profit companies, of foundations and of cooperatives, and to project bearers who wish to launch innovativ social activities.
